Background of Nero
Nero is one of the main characters in the video game series Devil May Cry 4 and Devil May Cry 5. Cocky and arrogant at times, Nero still shows great care and loyalty to those closest to him, protecting them even at the cost of his life. With his demonic heritage, Nero can channel his demonic power into his long-ranged weapon, the Blue Rose.
The Blue Rose is a gray double-barrel revolver with the blue rose symbol above the gun's trigger. This gun is called the Blue Rose because it symbolizes his divine and miraculous love for his childhood friend Kyrie, as demons are supposed to be incapable of loving.
