Background of Dante
Dante is the main character in the video game series Devil May Cry. Dante is a private investigator, mercenary and most notably a Devil Hunter. Dante dedicated his life to exterminating demons and other evil forces in order to avenge his brother that was corrupted and his mother that was killed.
Dante wields his legendary Devil Sword Dante, a massive and dark two-handed sword with a guard that consists of talons and a pommel with a red jewel. Dante creates this sword by impaling and merging himself with his demonic Rebellion sword.
